Curiously Yours is a monthly subscription service that delivers a personally written letter that explores a meaningful theme, reflection questions to spark deeper thinking, a permission slip inviting you to do something special for yourself, and other delightful and inspiring surprises.

The intent is to create a monthly reminder for the importance of delight, reflection, inspiration, and affirmation. It's like having a personal coach in your mailbox.

Each month's delivery is put in the mail by the 15th of the month. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification when your letter has been sent.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive any letters already paid for.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are securely processed and your information is never stored on our servers.

California sales tax applies to subscribers and gift recipients who have their letters sent to a California address. However, sales tax is covered by Curiously Yours and not collected separately at checkout.

You can update your mailing address anytime by logging into your account and visiting the My Subscription page. Please update your address at least 5 days before the next billing date to ensure your letter goes to the correct address.

Absolutely! A Curiously Yours subscription makes a wonderful gift. During checkout, simply select the Monthly Plan. Once it is in your cart, click on "Buying as a gift?" Following the prompts, enter the gift recipient's email address, choose the month you want the subscription to start, indicate how many shipments (see note below for details), and type a gift message in the final text box.

Note: If you want your gift to continue monthly until YOU cancel it, choose "Continue until I cancel," or choose the number of shipments (i.e., months) you want the subscription to be sent. At the end of that period, the subscription will stop.

If your letter has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 5 weeks (international) of the shipping notification, please contact us. We will look into it and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra charge.
