Curiously Yours is a monthly subscription service that delivers a personally written, thoughtfully designed envelope to your mailbox. Each envelope contains a letter that explores a meaningful theme, reflection questions to spark deeper thinking, a permission slip inviting you to do something special for yourself, and other delightful surprises.
Letters are mailed out at the beginning of each month. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification when your letter has been shipped.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive any letters already paid for.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International deliveries typically take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and local postal services. Please note that international shipping rates apply.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. Payments are securely processed and your information is never stored on our servers.
California sales tax is collected in addition to the subscription price. For regular subscriptions, tax is added if your billing address is in California. For gift subscriptions, tax is added only if the recipient's address is in California. All other states are not charged sales tax.
You can update your mailing address anytime by logging into your account and visiting the My Subscription page. Please update your address at least 5 days before the next billing date to ensure your letter goes to the correct address.
Absolutely! A Curiously Yours subscription makes a wonderful gift. During checkout, simply select "This is a gift" and enter the recipient's mailing address. You can also include a personalized gift message.
If your letter has not arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 5 weeks (international) of the shipping notification, please contact us. We will look into it and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra charge.
Each letter is personally written by Paul and printed on high-quality paper. While the main letter is printed for consistency, every envelope is hand-assembled with care, and occasional handwritten elements or personal touches are included.
Themes are thoughtfully chosen each month to resonate with the season and universal life experiences. While we do not take custom theme requests, we design each letter to be meaningful and relevant to a wide range of readers.
